I’m running for Assessor-Treasurer to bring the office into the 21st Century and to restore accountability. My most important priority is to run a professional office where staff, constituents, and fellow public servants are treated with respect. A few of my goals in office include:
Utilize the Planning and Land Use Department to provide homeowners with easy access to public information on their property
Help citizens maximize potential tax advantages including the Senior Property Tax Exemption
Streamline the appeals process to ensure a fair appraisal and to hold the Assessor’s Office accountable
